Prestashop Integration
If you have a Prestashop-based web store, you can import your database into Retention AI extremely easily, without needing to ask a developer for help.
Follow the steps, the integration path is intuitive and you can execute it in just a few clicks!
Step 1
Go to “Advanced Parameters”
Click on “Web Service”

Go to Retention AI
Go to the Property Setup tab > click on “Edit property”
Fill in the required fields and paste the values copied in the previous step

After entering these details > click “Continue”
Now you can go on to configure RFM values: choose whether to use ratings on 3 or 5 points

Set up your RFM analysis
Choose whether to consider all parameters: Recency, Frequency, Monetary
