Woocommerce Integration
If you have a Woocommerce-based web store, you can import your database into Retention AI extremely easily, without needing to ask a developer for help.
Follow the steps, the integration path is intuitive and you can execute it in just a few clicks!
On WordPress version 2.4+
Follow the path “Settings > Go to “Advanced”
On tab “API Rest” > click “Add Key”
Set Permissions > “Read/Write”
Click “Generate API Key”
Copy “User key” and “Hidden user”
Attention: you will only be able to see the code the first time, save it!
Go to Retention AI > Property Setup > “Edit property.”
Fill in the required fields and paste the tokens copied at the previous step
After entering these details > click “Continue”
Now you can go on to configure RFM values: choose whether to use ratings on 3 or 5 points
Set up your RFM analysis
Choose whether to consider all parameters: Recency, Frequency, Monetary
