Supported Data Sources

Bytek Prediction Platform integrates with Cloud Data Warehouses systems already adopted by companies to unify siloed information and leverage first-party data.

First-party data, mainly transactional, behavioral, and CRM data, are integrated both in their original format and modeled using our proprietary algorithms to result in a unified and in-depth Single Customer View.

Behavioral Data

Event-based digital analytics data (e.g., from GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Snowplow).

Transactional Data

Information generated from eCommerce transactions, both online and in-store.

CRM Data

Сustomer profiles, leads, current offers,
and other customer lifecycle information.

Identity Resolution

Bytek Prediction Platform uses Identity Resolution functionality to link a single user's
data across touchpoints and different datasets using a unique identifier, such as an encrypted email.

The module includes two main technology components: the Persistent User-ID, which uses Hashed Email, persistent ID, or other identifiers to link customer interactions across datasets without depending on cookies, improving tracking performance, and the Retrospective User-ID, which associates users' anonymous behaviors with their personal data as soon as it is provided and authorized through a specific privacy policy.

Modern Data Stack

Bytek Prediction Platform embraces a Modern Data Stack approach, designed to integrate
directly into the customer's technology ecosystem without adding complexity or additional tools to manage.

The platform models previously collected and anonymized data within a client-owned cloud-native tool, using its proprietary artificial intelligence algorithms. It then returns the enriched data directly into the client's technology stack, enabling the implementation of customized marketing strategies in full compliance with data protection regulations.
